Why do local governments provide some services more efficiently than state government can

the reason why local govenrment provide some services more efficiently than the state government is because local Government had smaller number of people to take care off. The request for services that received by the local government is lesser than the state government, which allow the local government to focus on their service and provide the best service as possible
