The Renaissance is considered to have begun in the 14th century, preceded by the medieval period. The Renaissance was a period during which the Greco-Roman or Classical culture, which had been suspended since the fall of the Roman Empire, was embraced. These problems led to numerous deaths of both children and adults due to lack of having no access to health care and medical treatments.
