i recommend that you tell the state leaders that these three weaknesses in the articles of confederation must be addressed. they require a new plan for government. the three greatest weaknesses in the articles of confederation are the following:

tell them the first one is a problem because the second one is a great problem because the third one is also a struggle

preamble to the u. s. constitution

"we the people of the united states, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this constitution for the united states of america."

this is how i would rewrite this preamble so that other people can understand it.
