These changes are propense to occur by different factors. One is when there is discontent in society. When people are tired of repressive governments and lack of opportunities. That is when most revolutions have started. Another motive is unconformity and the necessity of change. When people in society want or need more. When they are not satisfied with what they have and aspire to get some more. That is when technology helps them to create better-living conditions.

There are circumstances under why these changes cannot occur. It could be when there is a division in society and some portion of it wants to change but the other is not considering it as an option.
