Which factor do you feel contributed the most to the start of the Civil War (social, economic or political) ?

i just did something on this guy a few days a go give me two minutes to find it in my notes.

john locke is most associated with the idea of consent of the governed which is the idea that the government is only valid if it has the consent of the people who are being governed.
