Do you believe the Federal Government is abiding by the 10th Amendment? Why or why not? How should states use the 10th Amendment to their advantage against the Federal Government?

Not at all! The 10th amendment is basically saying what isn't listed it belongs to the government ¨and the people¨ but if we're being realistic, a lot of unlisted items don't really belong to the people of the united states, its all under control by the government. Its an advantage only because if we the people were in a dior need of something unlisted that the government has access to, its all up to them to give it to us, but we could always overrun the government because we have that right too

during his reign, huayna heard about bearded men with pale skin that resembled the incan1 god viracocha and took this news as a bad omen.

huayna took this as another bad omen that predicted the destruction of the empire.
