What is meant by always love your country———— but never trust your government

In my opinion I think this quote means that we should respect our contumely and love it and be proud of who we are but we should never fall under the government because sometimes they can take over our lives. For example from the Roman civilization (my guess) the government had caste systems which the citizens fell a prey to and divided themselves among the people. Towns and small farms are usually for land, lakes, rivers, and seas.they also produce other food, like crops.it's also where animals are, where we get our meat.large plantations normally have forests, where crops are grown for sale. (similar to farms)plantations have larger fields of crops.our wine, sugar canes, and fruits come from plantations.
