Indeed, in my opinion, I consider that the Bill of Rights ensures all Americans of their fundamental liberties and rights, since the amendments to the Constitution recognize different freedoms for citizens, such as freedom of expression, freedom to bear arms, freedom of religion, etc., as well as various rights, such as the right to due legal process, the guarantee of other rights not listed and, ultimately, a whole series of limits to the government regarding its powers with respect to citizens, thus guaranteeing the fundamental rights of American citizens to life and liberty.
