How would you define the philosophy?

Confucianism’s philosophy was to put family first and in doing so build a strong relationship with others and teaches us how to live.

Everything has a force the dead and the living the day and the night nature and humanity. Yin and yang. The government shouldn’t be forceful as thought he will not succeed if he does so.

Strict laws with punishment keep people in place no matter who, noble, or peasant. If one does not keep the law he is punished. If one questions the law he is punished brutally.

Confucius was the philosopher who associated and created this way of life called Confucianism.

Laozi, a philosopher created this teaching and way of life.

Emperor Qin created the Legalism system. He believed this was the correct way to live life, we cant determine if he was fair or not as we do not know the laws at the time.
