Explanation the reason why its no just because it is more effective does not mean its better i mean you could have a effective government but it does not really matter if the government does not represent the people you see what i mean each form of government has its pros and cons but the main focus of government should be the to represent the will of the people and do the will of the people in a dictatorship theirs a very good chance that wont happen since one person is making all the choices or a very small group of people
