whats does the term how much wood can a wood chuck chuck if a wood chuck could chuck wood mean in old english?

I'll refer to a wood chuck as 'WC' to lessen the confusion. What this means is WC usually can't throw wood, but if they could, how much wood could they throw?

Essentially, how much wood can WC throw if it was able to throw things.
