What is the meaning of 21st century citizenship to you?

There have never been so many dramatic changes that disturb social relations, transportation, education, economy, trade, privacy, and knowledge simultaneously.

In the last 100 years, politics has remained essentially the same. We are citizens of the 21st century who try to communicate with institutions of the 20th century, supported by processes and ideas of the 19th century.

We won't resolve the government concept unless we first resolve the concept of citizenship and realize that voting once in a while can't be our only interaction with our governments. Citizens need to know that we are not just public service consumers.

The Government needs a clear objective and methodology for municipal innovation projects. We need to have a clear understanding of why, where, what, and how we do it in each project that governments carry out.
