Me pueden resumir esto plis. En el escudo de la República Méxicana, los dos animales que aparecen mantenían un simbolismo trascendental en la cosmogonía del pueblo mexica. Uno era vinculado con el sol, con los astros y, en general, con cualquier cuerpo celestial; el otro se relacionaba con la tierra, madre de los alimentos. En este caso, el águila, o lo celestial, triunfa sobre lo terrenal. Por su parte, el nopal es un alimento que se remonta al uso en la cocina prehispánica y que, incluso hoy en día, es empleado comúnmente en la cocina mexicana. Cuando la ciudad de Tenochtitlán fue conquistada por los españoles, los pobladores mexicas no tardaron en hacer una petición acerca de conservar los símbolos prehispánicos en el escudo que los españoles harían de la nueva Ciudad de México.

1883 - a decision in the civil rights cases legalized racial segregation in the united states.

1887 - the dawes act was passed.

1893 - the panic of 1893 took place. (what a creative name)

and there are probably other topics you can find if you just search up "united states timeline," or "conflicts in the 19th century for america."

then once you find a topic you like find out how it affected the people of america and what not. (sorry if this feels a bit short changed, history was and never will be one of my strong topics)
