The actions they all shared in common was making conquests to expand the influence and land power of the Ottoman Empire. They chose to make these actions probably to establish vassals and land they can tax to become wealthy, and to achieve more fiefs they can hold under their names, as having control over multiple fiefs back then gives you a place of high regard. Also probably to expand their sphere of influence.
