As the orange leaves of fall landed gracefully upon the floor, I knew what I had to do now..my time has come. I hoisted myself onto my steed, Riptide and rode into the night. the purpose of my mission kept my head high and my determination close to my chest. A few hours passed and we were finally at our destination. I tied Riptide to a fence post and walked up to the front door of a small cottage. Before I could knock on the door, the door creaked open and a small child that looked to be at the age of 8 stood before me. “Who are you?” she asked with a feeling of fear and untrust. I kneeled down and answered," A girl with a deal in mind and the loot to act upon it she wanted my horse to get passed by and her horse was her only way to travel, so i couldn't give up riptide. The girl had one other option is to find her missing ring all the way in Florida and at the time im all the way in new York i was doomed but the i remember the path i made with riptide long ago the route was from new York to Pennsylvania to west Virginia to north Carolina to south Carolina to Georgia finally to Florida
