Enthusiasm is a crucial aspect to finding success at work, and in this lesson Ian Wagner talks about why enthusiasm is important. He says that it's crucial because: 1. People are drawn to people who are enthusiastic; and 2. We work most of our lives and should have fun at work and be enthusiastic about our job. Ian then challenges us to walk into the bathroom, look into the mirror, and say, "I am excited, I am excited, I am excited, I am excited," and then continue to say it when you go to eat your breakfast. He says that you can alter your thoughts and emotions by even faking it until you feel it.

What evidence can you draw from other sources, information, or text that can support any claim Ian made in his lesson or from the writing above? Write a supportive analysis and post your research findings, links or discoveries here.
