that election in their favor. When selecting a candidate, what kinds of institutions seek to impact
a person's decision?

You need to identify an institution that seeks to impact elections, the actions that they take, and
their agenda, or reasons for, seeking influence in an election. As a voter, why might you trust or
distrust information coming from this institution when making your decision on a candidate?
