How did specialization lead to differences in social groups?

Specializations groups ppl into their similarities specifically on what they are good at. It created differences in social groups because not all people are good at the same thing. If there is no common ground, people would not be able to fully interact with those who don't have the same specialty therefore leading to differences in social groups.
