You could find a social media account that belongs to her, and find a way to message her on there. Tell her about your situation. Maybe you and your mom can go to court and she could fight your dad to gain custody? If you can't do that, you can always wait until you are 18 and then move in with her. Once you turn 18 your dad will no longer have custody over you, so you can live with whomever you choose.
