Which three countries lie entirely west of the prime meridian?

All of North, Central, and South America is completely west of the Prime Meridian. So the countries within the region are entirely in the western part of the Meridian. In Africa, Morocco, Senegal,  and Guinea, all lie in the western part of the Meridian.
