The Articles of Confederation definitely did. It showed that America needed a new article to keep them together.  It was a failed predecessor to the Constitution.  
The American Revolution was what gained out independence from Great Britain thus causing a Constitution to be written.  The French and Indian war was what started it. Because GB was losing money, they taxed the colonists which started all the stuff that happened after.
The French Constitution was modeled after the American Constitution after the French Revolution which was also influenced by the American Revolution.  Many other countries have same ideologies of America which might have been influenced by the Constitutions.  The Constitution also influenced democracies in the world.
The Civil Rights Movement was when African-Americans fought for the right to vote and be equal.  During the Civil War, slavery was fought for by the North.  In the 1900s, the woman suffrage movement caught on when women fought for rights to vote.
James Madison was the man who wrote the Constitution.  He later became the 4th president of the US.
Susan B. Anthony was a woman who fought for women's rights.  She later won the right to vote. 
Martin Luther King Jr. was an African-American who fought for black rights.
