Which hardships did migrant farm workers in the united states face during the 1960s?

I believe the answer is: Poor pay.
At that time, the migrants that came into this country had to work under a very harsh condition with very little pay (barely enough to erase their hunger)
Because of this, most of them make some sacrifice such as sharing their apartment room with a lot of other migrant families.
