You can quickly find the US Constitution if you search online.  As American citizens, it's good for all of us to look at that document and study it!

When you go find a copy of the constitution, you'll notice right away that Article 1 of the constitution is all about the establishment of Congress as a "bicameral national legislature," as option B in the question puts it.  "Bicameral" means two chambers; there are two component parts within the legislature.  As the constitution itself says it, "All legislative powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and a House of Representatives."  More specifics about how that works are outlined in the rest of Article 1.
