Why were antifederalist concerned about the new constitution

Anti-federalists were concerned about the new constitution because of the following reasons:

1. They felt that the Constitution gave too much power to the national government at the expense of the state governments.

2. According to the anti-federalists, even within the national government, the legislative and executive branches were too powerful. Therefore, they worried that public officials would scheme to increase their power.

3. They believed that legislators should be insulated from political pressure.

4. They saw that smaller republics were prone to political corruption.

5.  They were concerned that the Constitution lacked a specific listing of rights.

They mowt likely lived in caves or maybe rock houses,i know they are similar but its all i know
