Who and where rode through town saying "the british are coming, the british are coming! "?

The man Paul Revere who was a nighttime messenger rode to Lexington and Concord warning the people there that the British were coming from Boston. Though the probability that he yelled the british are coming is quite slim, seeing how the people there were technically still British. He more likely yelled that the regulars are out.
