Many believe the united states constitution was made to be inefficient, meaning it does not create a system that works quickly. if this is true, why would the founding fathers have made the constitution inefficient? to allow each branch to be held more responsible to create a slow process so that change rarely happens to allow each branch's actions to be checked by another branch to allow the american people to have a role in all branches of government
