What was one requirement of president lincoln’s plan for reconstruction

One component of Lincoln's reconstruction ideas was called the 10 Percent Plan. This plan basically required 10% of a state's voters in the election of 1860 to take an oath of allegiance and pledge to adhere to emancipation.
