Describe two factors that influence a president's legislative success

The factors that influence the Presidential is that the ability to persuade, get things done and bargain. One of the many that can influence is being good in oratorical skills this is a good advantage because people will listen and also this is being helpful in engaging in an interview in public.  Then having a competent senior White House Staff it is good as a president that you know who to pick your people for a position in your team.
