What did levi strauss sell to the '49ers

He sold a pair of cotton-fabric-ed pants that he invented in 1853. The 49'ers then went back to their homes, and told everyone about their new, strong pants, that were much comfortable than other pants, more durable, and lasted longer. A few years later, Levi Strauss became famous would wide, for his "Those Pants of Levi's." He then became very rich, and had hundreds of employees that worked for him, selling his famous pants, shirts and other clothing, for men, women, and children.
