What are everyone's thoughts on united states v. jones? do you agree? let's say a government ruling said they could monitor everyone 24/7 via tracking devices, phone data, etc. wouldn't that be good for law-abiding citizens and stop criminals. this isn't a question from school or a test i'm just curious about someone else thoughts. i only see criminals being against monitoring, since they have something to hide.
