How to you think race is or is not related to the police use of force? what do you base your opinion upon?

I believe that race should have nothing to do with police use of force because when the police has to use force they are protecting themselves from that person . Everyday police put there life in danger to keep us as citizens of the United States safe . We don’t know what they actually have to go though on there job , they don’t know what type of person that they are going to have to deal with all they know is that they have to do there job and take that risk .
