Instructions: In this lab, you’ll be writing a resume for a criminal justice career of your choice. Whether you ultimately decide to pursue a career in the field of criminal justice or not, creating a resume of any kind is a valuable experience. Because most resumes require the same basic information and follow similar formats, honing your resume-writing skills will undoubtedly pay off in the future regardless of what career path you choose. Before you begin writing, do some web research to find sample criminal justice resumes. You can start by typing relevant keywords such as “police resume” or “investigator resume example” into your preferred search engine and browsing through the top results.

Be free of spelling and grammatical errors
Look polished and professional
