My friend Quinn wants to open a marijuana dispensary in either Burbank or Los Angeles. Quinn wants to open a special bank
account for the dispensary to manage the operations and profits of the dispensary. While looking at store fronts in Burbank and Los
Angeles as potential locations for the shop, Quinn smokes marijuana openly on the side walk in font each location to inspire
creativity and design of the store.
Research any and all laws that would support or not support the business plan and how Quinn inspires creativity. Will the
customers be breaking any law or supported by laws after purchasing marijuana from Quinn's store. Include at least FIVE different
laws, city, county, state, and/or federal, that relate to marijuana laws and Quinn's concept.
Regardless of your personal opinion, focus on related laws that favor Quinn and a Law Enforcement Agent. If any contradictions in
the laws arise, write about them.
