This has to lead to persons, especially employees, to be restricted in  free speech regarding issues such as disclosing their salary to other employees or even soliciting for trade unions registration. In my opinion, this exemption to free speech should be amended to enable better transparency, especially in serious matters such as labor issues; hence the protection extended to a business should be given a second thought.
