Anyone know how to manifest

You can get a notebook and write what you want in there over and over again (like a page full)(make sure to put it in present tense like “i am rich” so it’s like you already have it and it feels more real. don’t ever do it in future tense.) or you could say it out loud over and over again or just whenever you feel like it needs to be said but make sure that you are always positive that it will happen. i know that’s hard to do especially if it takes so long, but you have to believe it. these are the techniques that i know of
