The county crime commission, in conjunction with both the city police and the county sheriff’s office, has decided to begin an aggressive campaign against crime. Everyone involved agrees that something has to be done about the crime level in the community. After much debate, most people involved have decided that community-oriented policing is the best approach to take, but not everyone agrees.
