Topic: Trying minors as adults in criminal courts
1. What is a major ethical question related to your topic? (example: Topic – early release of convicted criminals. Question – Is it ethical for some convicted criminals to be released from jail early because of overcrowding?)
Is it ethical for minors to be put in with grownups for their crimes instead of being put in together with other minors?
