The essay should identify and explain the application of the principles and doctrines of equity in each of the certainties, highlight any issues which require attention and comment on the effectiveness and consistency of equity's approach. Your analysis should be supported by examples from cases and there is expectation that key authorities will be identified and analyzed. The answers must have logical structure and flow. The extent of analysis of the issues, the range of cases and research used, and the strength of critical evaluation will determine the final mark.
