Mr Kaya then goes to meet with the Agency with whom he has a package tour contract. a. If the contract had been cancelled by Mr Kaya on 13.02.2021 without any justification, would there be a legal remedy that the Agency could apply? Please explain briefly.
b. Would your answer have changed if Mr Kaya had cancelled the contract because his leg was broken?
