There was a contract between Property Co (land owner of a strip mall) and Walgreens who operated pharmacy in Wisconsin mall. Under the lease, Property Co promised not to rent space in mall to anyone else who wanted to operate a pharmacy. Property Co told Walgreen that was going to put Phar Mor tenant in mall which would be same size as Walmart and 200 feet away. Phar Mor sold at deeper discount. Is there a breach of contract?

What remedy should the court award Walgreens?
