sunche aged 30 is a commerce student at the university of dar es salaam on 10th January 2011 he wanted to relax before he could begin his semester examination. He went to sansiro pub with his two other friends. He parked his car outside the pub in a parking lot owned by the pub. He received a parking ticket which he pocketed swiftly without reading it. They then entered the pub's dancing hall in which they indulged in heavy drinking and dancing until 3AM in the morning. They then went to the place where they had parked their cars but it was not there. Sunche went to the management of the pub and complained demanding for the pub's owner to take responsibility. The manager pointed to a small notice at the parking lot, largely obscured by a big truck which was parked in front of the same says "park at your own risk. The owners, management and staff of the pub will not be responsible for any loss of or damage to, client's cars, however caused "The manager therefore argued that Sunche cannot recover the car from them. Having learnt that you are an expert in business law Sunche comes to you for advice. Advice him
