A car park attendant is about to issue a ticket to a driver who is illegally parked. Before the ticket is processed, the driver returns and asks the car park attendant to ‘be kind’ and not begin to process the ticket. The driver offers the car park attendant 500 AED to not give them a ticket, explaining that if they did get a ticket, they could lose their job. The car park attendant takes the 500 AED and does not issue the ticket. How likely do you think it is that the car park attendant would be involved in further corrupt activities in the future? What do you think their future behaviour might depend upon?
