So in the food delivery service world, I don't think there is much room for it, but since you asked, the only way that the customer could participate in corruption is by simply not tipping. This just says that they are entitled, and they don't feel like paying for service, just like going to a restaurant, paying the bill, and simply not paying your server any tip. Another way they can contribute and dishonesty is by receiving the food, but then indicating to the delivery service that it was never received, in hopes of an additional delivery, or reimbursement. Otherwise, we tend to look at the top of the food chain in being corrupt, whereas in reality, they are only guilty of having built a system of convenience that people are happily paying into. While it could be said that there is corruption if they are taking a higher percentage than another type of delivery service in comparison, but I find that to be subjective.
