+Năm 2020, AnhX(40 tuổi) đăng kí kinh doanh thành lập Doanh nghiệp tư nhân Hoàn Vũ tháng 1/2020, ngành nghề kinh doanh là sản xuất thiết bị văn phòng phẩm. Trong quá trình hoạt động kinh doanh, một số tình huống sau đã xảy ra với Doanh nghiệp tư nhân Hoàn Vũ: 1. Tháng 6/2020, anh X cưới vợ, vợ của X là chị Y muốn góp 200 triệu đồng – là tài sản được cha mẹ cho khi đi lấy chồng – vào DNTN Hoàn Vũ để mở rộng sản xuất.

2. Tháng 8/2020, anh X đầu tư 2 tỷ để góp vốn thành lập công ty TNHH cùng với 3 người bạn và dùng 3 tỷ đồng để mua cổ phiếu của công ty cổ phần Thiên Tiến.

3. Tháng 10/2020do không quan tâm nhiều đến công việc kinh doanh, DNTN Hoàn Vũ bị thua lỗ nặng và không trả được các khoản nợ đến hạn, mà tổng số các khoản nợ đã lên đến 12 tỷ đồng. Vốn đăng kí của DNTN hoàn Vũ tại thời điểm đăng kí kinh doanh là 1 tỷ đồng, tài sản dân sự của anh X còn lại là 10 tỷ đồng.

4. Mặc dù đã được yêu cầu tuyên bố phá sản, nhưng do một số lý do khách quan và chủ quan, toà án đã ra quyết định đình chỉ giải quyết phá sản đối với DNTN Hoàn Vũ. Không được phá sản, anh X quyết định bán DNTN của mình cho chị Z, là một cán bộ cao cấp của Bộ Thương mại, thuộc đối tượng bị cấm quản lý và thành lập doanh nghiệp.

5. Năm 2021,do không may gặp tai nạn, vợ chồng anh X và chị Y chết. Diện thừa kế chỉ còn người con trai 16 tuổi, và người con trai này muốn được tiếp tục kinh doanh nghành nghề sản xuất thiết bị văn phòng phẩm bằng DNTN Hoàn Vũ mà anh X đã để lại.
