Ok basically slope can be found by doing one y value - the other y value divided by one x value - the other x value. so in this it would be (18-6) divided by (5-3) which is 12 divided by 2, which is 6. So slope = 6. 

6 = 6(3) + b
6 = 18 + b
-12 = b

f(x) = 6x-12

11/2.2 = 5 inches for the length 8.5/2.2= 3.86 inches for the width

You have 2 sides that are 2 cms and you have 6 sides that are 1/2 cm and you have 4 sides that are 1 cm. the smallest sides are 1/2 the medium sized sides are 1 and the smallest are 1/2. so to find the perimeter you have to add them all up together so your answer will be 11 cm's
