You can even say 25T (The same as saying 25 times 'T') = 870.75. You'll still end up doing the same thing, division, but some teachers want a specified equation, so put both in my opinion.

Part B: Once you do that, you can easily solve your problem; Divide 870.75 by 25. Each ticket will cost $34.83¢. To check your answer, multiply 34.83 by 25, and your answer will be $870.25; the same amount of money the Theater group has earned.
