Apopular social networking website wants to upgrade its webpage design but it is unsure how it audience would respond to the change what is the best step for website to in order to gauge the target audiences response if it wants to limit the risk of alienating the entire target audience

We have a popular social networking website trying to employ changes to its platform. In order to gauge the response of the target audience, answer is E. where the release should be given to a small number of random members of target audience to minimize risk of loosing other audience.
