Also, to me this does indeed sound like a statistical question because she is asking who statistically spends the most time somewhere, which can be translated to numbers, which is a statistic.

Part A: The information she is most likely to get is the name of the student that spends most time at the beach. So she will most likely get one answer.

Part B: This is not a statistical question because she is likely to have only one answer.
