Definitely the median and the IQR.  The median value is that which separates the first 50% of data from the 2nd 50% of data.  The IQR is a measure of the spread of the data around the median.  The illustration shows that there are several homes that are outliers, some so far from the median that they'd be considered to be extreme outliers.
