Will give graph y=4/7 x -2 use the line tool and select two points on the line

First plot the y-intercept which is (0,-2)
Then using the slope plot another point, so up 4, to the right 7 and the point should be (2,7) and if you needed another point (6,14)
Then draw a line through it
